I wanted to write you this letter to let you know the INVALUABLE service you provided for me a few weeks ago.

As you know, 2 years ago we started on your service plan. I was satisfied with it all so when you suggested the new server be set up with all the necessary backups including a mirrored drive and off-site backup I agreed, hoping to never find out how that worked, but glad for the extra security.
