Oh my...I’ve been at this desk working with Adobe on this Illustrator crash seems like forever. I have spoken with them twice now (on hold for 45 minutes each time) and they confirmed it was a problem but they do not support CreativeSuite2 since version 3 is out...so they said they would tell me the document number (which sounded as though it was privileged information under high security) to type in on their website. Which produced a 15 page document. I printed it out and have been going step by step through the troubleshooting to no avail? I was up to page 6 of their tasks! Nothing was working. I was getting ready to go home and cry knowing tomorrow was going to be a problem since I could not get Illustrator up and going.
Then I decided to check my e-mail and found one from Expetec…took me 2 minutes based on your information and low and behold Adobe Illustrator is up...go figure...don't know how you did it but...THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!
